Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Synedica Laboratories ("Synedica", "we", "us") processes, packages, and dispatches orders placed through www.synedica.org. By placing an order you agree to the terms set out below, together with our Terms of Service.
1. Order Processing & Same-Day Dispatch
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed and paid for before 4:00pm (CET) on a working day qualify for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on holidays are dispatched on the next working day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is accepted and a second notification with tracking once it ships.
2. Cold-Chain Packaging
To protect the integrity of temperature-sensitive research materials, eligible products are shipped using insulated, cold-chain packaging with coolant where appropriate. Each vial is cushioned and sealed to preserve stability in transit. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use.
3. Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all research orders over £100.00 GBP.
- Orders under £100.00 GBP ship at a flat tracked rate of £4.99 GBP.
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Rates are charged in GBP. Where prices are displayed in USD, EUR, or BRL, the figure shown is an indicative conversion; your bank applies the final exchange rate at the time of payment.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order:
- Domestic (Germany): 1–2 working days.
- Europe: 2–5 working days.
- Rest of world: 5–12 working days, subject to customs clearance.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, incorrect address details, or events outside our reasonable control.
5. Tracking
Every order ships on a tracked service. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel to delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking events to update after dispatch.
6. International Orders, Customs & Duties
We dispatch worldwide. For international shipments, you are the importer of record and are responsible for ensuring the products may be lawfully imported into your country. Any import duties, taxes, brokerage, or customs charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Parcels held or returned by customs are not the responsibility of Synedica.
7. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Title and risk pass to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days, quoting your order number and batch number, with photographs where applicable. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Re-shipment of a returned parcel may incur an additional shipping charge.
